We are proud to be a local, family-owned restaurant group built on a passion for exceptional food, genuine hospitality, and creating memorable experiences around the table.
Founded by Chef David and Brittany Dunlap, our restaurants reflect a shared vision: to bring people together through thoughtful cuisine, warm service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Chef David's culinary journey has taken him from some of the nation's most acclaimed kitchens—including The Inn at Little Washington, Alain Ducasse's Adour, and Plume Restaurant at The Jefferson Hotel in Washington, D.C.—to building award-winning restaurants here in Central Virginia.
Our newest restaurant represents the next chapter in that journey. Inspired by a commitment to craftsmanship, seasonality, and hospitality, this concept brings together Chef David's world-class culinary experience with the family-centered values that have guided our restaurants from the very beginning.
Together with our sister restaurants, 1870 Restaurant and Midlothian Chef's Kitchen, we remain dedicated to serving our community with integrity, creativity, and a genuine love of hospitality.
